Sessions 1-3
Sleeve Sessions

Core Sessions
Address deeper layers of fascia between the bottom of the pelvis to the top of the head. The core also extends to the deep tissue of the legs.

Integration Sessions
Blend previously established advancements with new ones, promoting seamless movement and natural coordination.

30- or 60-minutes of GYROTONIC Movement Integration to each sessionAn intelligent movement system that engages the brain and body in rhythmic, coordinated movements. This practice aims at sharpening proprioception and enhancing balance, coordination, and overall neuromuscular efficiency. Expansive, flowing patterns gently mobilize the fascial system, increasing spinal health, range of motion, joint stability, strength, agility and athletic performance. Each private GYROTONIC session is adapted to fit the needs of all ages and abilities from elderly patients recovering from injury, to highly skilled professional athletes.
