EDS and Hypermobility

Pain and discomfort shouldn't run your life.
I understand that living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility can be a cycle of physical and emotional frustration. You likely face limitations in mobility and function due to joint instability and chronic pain. You might even grapple with a sense of disconnection from your body, questioning whether you'll ever find relief or regain a sense of agency in your life.
Rolfing® Structural Integration addresses patterns of imbalance caused by EDS and Hypermobility. Our work together will help you ease chronic tension, regain stability, and trust your body again.
Experience your body through a new lens.
As a Certified Rolfer, I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility. In hypermobile clients, besides extreme flexibility, I observe unique patterns of tension due to a necessity for stability. Not only can this cause extreme physical discomfort, it can also lead to reduced energy and feeling disempowered.
I work with gamma touch, or a listening touch, at my clients layer of availability and exercise caution around the joints. During each session, Along with a careful assessment and table work, I will incorporate movement education into our sessions to help you develop better body awareness and control.
