Living with musculoskeletal imbalances or pain feels extremely limiting, and often lead to invasive procedures or "quick fixes." The GYROTONIC® Method offers a non-invasive approach to address muscle injuries, fascial dysfunction, joint problems, bone issues, and nerve compression.

Depending on your specific needs, we will move locally and globally to help you deepen your somatic awareness and restore connections that have been dampened by injury. This practice is not only physically transformative—it stimulates the nervous system, circulates blood and lymph, and opens energetic pathways that restore balance at every level.

What to expect:

GYROTONIC® privates are 60 minutes of hands-on assists and intelligent cues that align with the principles of biomechanics.

Some clients prefer to schedule their private session in tandem with a Rolfing® session, however there is no requirement to do both. I recommend at least 6-12 sessions to learn the principles of GYROTONIC® and proper equipment use before taking group classes.  

Learning the GYROTONIC® Method takes time and commitment. Establishing a weekly routine of 1-2 sessions for the first month or two will help you in the embodiment process.

She specializes in helping people move out of pain and into ease—whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or looking to improve athletic performance.
