THE METHOD TO MY MADNESS
Give structural change a place to land.The body has a hierarchy of priorities. It will sacrifice posture, comfort, and ease of movement to protect its most critical survival systems. Structural patterns that don’t respond to years of bodywork often happen when deeper priorities haven’t been addressed.
ABOUT JULIANNE
Experience how the body was designed to move.I’ve been offering movement education in many forms for many years. I led yoga classes in Costa Rica. I’ve taught mobility and biomechanics, breathwork and somatic therapy, centers of gravity and how to control them. I’ve studied with gifted movement teachers and bodyworkers.
I’ve helped a lot of people discover ranges of motion they thought were impossible, let go of needing to be perfect, and become educated about their bodies without creating fear.
I will teach you how to cultivate a movement practice that supports an adaptable body and strong spine. How to stabilize and decompress your joints. How to open your posture, improve body mechanics, and have a sense of sovereignty in your healing process.
