My in-studio offering includes individual sessions, packages, and a monthly membership. If you're not sure where to start, my suggestion is to start with a Rolfing session.
In our first session, I will learn about your history and perform a visual assessment of your movement and posture. Our time together allows me to identify patterns of strain and asymmetry in your system. With the remaining time, I will address structural adhesions and functional inhibitions using my full toolkit.
